Some of the downsides with working with Nurses Plus is, it is not consistent work, no benefits with working with them, you can not plan anything if you wanted to because of the way that the schedule is generated, the schedules are generated on a daily basis and not weeks or days in advance, and also there is not advancement opportunities.
