Novisync has a great Vision to achieve sky height, Employees come from varied backgrounds and have different work styles and habits. While these unique viewpoints create the most successful work, great bonding to help each other, Support and quick response from mates.

No proper training, They do not know what they are doing, every one working on management side in the organization will over action, they keep telling about ethics but does not follow or have any, Marketing sucks you keep getting many unnecessary calls.
