This company is like a revolving door. Providers, nurses, and patient support staff just don't stay here. Pay is low and expectations are ridiculously high. Administration changes provider schedules constantly, without consulting with the providers, forcing schedulers to call and reschedule patients over and over again. They don't care if schedulers get yelled at during this process because "it's part of the job" but the people who sit at the front and back doors and literally watch movies on their phones while waiting for patients to walk in so they can take temperatures and ask about possible COVID symptoms, make the same amount of money. It's just not right. NO room for advancement in your career unless you have the right "look". Their mission statement claims they care about the patients' needs but they are all about "quantity" of care, rather than "quality of care"
