Pros

1. Great company to learn about the accounting and SR&ED consulting industry. 2. Open door policies of Managers. You can walk, knock and have a talk about any thing from projects or overall industry. 3. Learning new technologies and clients that work in cut-throat technology space. Meeting with engineers and R&D researchers on a day to day basis helps a lot in increasing your knowledge of technologies. 5. On the job training, shadowing managers on meetings and other processes that allow an employee learn quickly about the industry. 5. Yearly performance review process is one of the most smooth process I have ever been part of. 6. Open to provide responsibilities to employees who are willing to take them. 7. Managers let their employees experiment with other business ideas and drive them. 8. Flexibile timings 9. Managers even help employees in matters outside the office. They share their experience about the region, housing, market and industry. Thy take effort in making sure the new employees have a smooth transition. 10. Managers listen to the employees-a rare trait in other companies.

Cons

1. Probably the only not so great thing is the location of the office (Cambridge), even though its closer to 401,

Pros

Positive co-workers, have the opportunity to wear different hats and take on new responsibilities even if you do not have practical experience (Good for resume)

Cons

So much confusion between management and the rest of the employees. No growth, no chance of advancement since it is so small and no proper direction from management which boils down to employees being frustrated frequently. Compared to other companies, compensation is very very low. Not compensated fairly at all even if you need to work overtime or attend networking events out of company hours. So much competition in the industry doing very little to overcome challenges or adapt.
