Pros

Super autonomous and easy workload with opportunity to climb the corporate ladder if desired. If I stayed I would have tried to become a manager or work at Nordstrom. I got hired after Covid lockdown and pay was incredible!

Cons

I was told by management that I would be kept on after the holidays but then ultimately I was let go with all of the seasonal people. I was enjoying my time there but everything worked out.
