      Working at Norbit should only be as a stepping stone to other companies.

      Engineers work with challenging technical problems for a multibeam sonar system, which is a unique product in this area. Flat organization, good work environment.

      Cons

      Communication and reaction to engineers' observations got slower after transition to public company.
