      It has a pretty office and pantry.

      Cons

      Hired unprofessional human resources leading to them hiring poorly for new hires. They are the root to the problems.

      Pros

      - Better work/life balance than other Chinese blockchain companies - Young management are flexible and responsible - Company has ramped up hiring and spending significantly in the last year, leaving much room for advancement and growth - Always open to new ideas, not just a cog in a machine

      Cons

      - A bit messy and lacks some processes/clear direction, but common for any startup going through growing pains. The company is cognizant and hiring more managers to fix these issues.

      Pros

      Free lunch, nice offices. Crypto experience in high demand. Can be a pro or con, but Nogle is still very early stage with a lot of ambiguity. Not for everyone. They won't give guidance, but if you're ambitious this means lots of opportunity to prove yourself and grow your career very quickly.

      Cons

      Crypto focused means constant change. Lack of clear direction from C levels. No culture.
