Pros

I cannot think of any at the moment. This is the worst company I have worked in.

Cons

1) I worked as a part-time/freelance Business Development Executive. They refuse to pay me commission that I rightfully earned! 2) They terminated my employment with no notice and no valid reason for termination. 3) On the recruitment side, 3/4 recruiters left the company within 6 months since the beginning of Jan 2021 to June 2021 4) the other glassdoor reviews are too high too seem realistic. 12/13 reviews are 5 star. 1/13 review is 4 star. It is even higher than great companies like Google and Apple. The other reviews are very general and generic as well. I highly doubt many of the other reviews are true.

Pros

able to trauma bond with my colleagues

Cons

What they told us in the interview was totally different from what we experienced. They keep changing their minds about what we're supposed to be doing. It's like the bosses are constantly fighting for control. Management doesn't really trust us or care about how we feel. It's hard to even have a casual chat in the office because it's too noisy for the introverted co-founder Lots of folks were kind of sweet-talked into leaving, you know, to make it seem like they were jumping ship on good terms and not because the company's got problems. They even told us to stay home and refrain from going to office to save on utility bills, and then they let everyone go anyway. During the layoff, HR even PRANKED people that one of them was leaving, which was insensitive af when there were folks who were actually getting laid off At one of our monthly meetings with the whole company, one co-founder openly questioned another about why need to keep tech consultants when we weren't bringing in enough money (at that point many were relatively new and they expected us to join straight away bring in big money) and if you did not then out you go
