Engaging work with supportive team, but pace can be hectic

Pros

Neuron7 is a good place to work if you enjoy solving challenging problems and working with modern AI technologies, especially around LLMs and agentic AI systems. The company moves fairly fast, so there’s always something new to learn and build. Engineers are given a decent amount of ownership and independence, which keeps the work engaging and impactful. The senior team is approachable and supportive, and overall the environment is collaborative with good opportunities to grow both technically and professionally.

Cons

Since the company is growing and evolving quickly, some internal processes are still being formalized and can occasionally feel a bit unstructured. That said, there has been visible improvement recently, especially with new additions to the HR team helping bring in more clarity and structure. Also, the pace of work can get hectic at times due to how fast the company moves and the level of ownership expected from teams. Priorities can shift quickly based on customer or business needs, and there are phases where the workload can feel intense. That said, the environment is collaborative, and people across teams are generally supportive when things get demanding.

Pros

Very supportive and collaborative work environment — people are approachable and genuinely helpful. Maintains a healthy work-life balance, which is not very common in fast-growing tech companies. Good opportunities to learn and grow, with trust and ownership given to employees. Flexible work environment with a strong sense of trust and accountability. Exposure to impactful work that connects closely with real business problems.

Cons

As the company is growing, some processes and structures are still evolving. Recognition and compensation growth for strong individual contributions could be more consistent and structured
