      Good environment, good working environment, good offices.

      Cons

      Old technologies in use. Ancient legacy stack which code quality is worse the horrible (Methods with thousands of lines, with signatures in three languages...)

      Get to work with latest 100G/400G communications technology Modern software architecture & tools for a small company with lots of freedom to innovate Have great reputation and receive solid support from leading vendors

      Engineers spread thin and have to work on different areas of product which is sometimes great and sometimes inefficient
