I worked the company a few months back and the company promised me for growth. But, after joining the company identified it's the pathetic startup I have seen where as I have more than 5+ years of experience. The company atmosphere is also very disappointing as the boss says always to stretch the shift without any reason and uses abusive language in front of all the employees. He treats the employee as his slave where he uses them and their personal things like vehicle to go for meets and person usage..and the boss is very unprofessional he shows himself very smart.
Company is disappointing for people who has family responsibilities and wanted to start the career. I personally suggest them not to go netleaf infosoft or netleaf software because they will make you work and when the time of salary will come they start poking you for no reason as they don't want to pay. And the boss will bluntly say that your working style is not good.... he has his most of his relatives in the office who doesn't even work and poke.you for.your timings of working hours...
True advice not to join pathetic company as I am.not the only one who is been suffered with salary.
