      • erratic, overbearing management style • quick to hire, quick to fire policy • very high staff turnover • depressing work environment • goal posts constantly moved on sales bonuses/commissions • aggressive staff meetings with personal snipes and attacks

      Small teams, new technology, free coffee, thts it!

      Immature management, formal clothing, since its a small team, need to put up with conflicting personalities and sometimes things can go very wrong.

      Great team, really decent manager, exciting opportunity to sell IOT and to learn about new technologies from some truly smart people

      Cons

      Pay on the low side. Unreasonable targets set for the sales reps. MD was an absolute micro manager. He would stomp around the floor everyday at 3pm to see who was still in the office at the time.
