Salary that was offered was what I expected and job security is good if you perform up to the mark

You cannot take a single leave without guilt, the management here will make you feel like you're not prioritizing work as much as the personal life. Instead of giving direct feedback they would taunt you and make you feel like you're not doing anything. In the form of appreciation the management takes the credit for the performance showcased. Highly unprofessional work environment, inappropriate conversations are a norm. No respect of employees time, meetings are extended beyond work timings saying that if you want to learn then you'd have to stay, no respect of employees in general, 'need to earn the place' is encouraged.
