Pros
Have great customers where to develop good projects. Always trying to innovate on how to do things, how to co-innovate and grow with in customers. The company is a great platform to create your own start-up. Many business units of the company have start that way.
Cons
Poor HR department. Self motivation is needed. Strong personality will help push mobility inside the company and generate good links between the right people.
