Pros
Navigator has a team culture like no other. They are wickedly smart, incredibly driven, and somehow still super fun to be with. Navigator invests deeply in the culture of the firm and the team. In turn the team gets great, challenging mandates.
Cons
This is not the place to work if you want a remote job that you can slack at! Good balance of work/life, but it is a team effort to help respond to the crisis.
