      Dysfunctional across the board

      Pros

      Some real genuine and nice people. I've made some genuine connections with a bunch of people who are working hard and doing their best. Could definitely be worse.

      Cons

      Complete mess from the top down. This company needs an overhaul that it is not willing to make nor understand how to go about.

      - Great mission. Work you do helps cancer patients - There is a small, good part of the company, if you can find it and stick to it, you will be ok

      Cons

      - People are dispensable (they fired the Founder / CEO Gena Cook. She is suing the current CEO Bill and board for wrongful termination. ) - Huge amount of churn at every level. People get fired left and right. - Toxic work environment (other than small pockets of good teams)

      great location in downtown Seattle, nice modern office, locked bike room in building and shower available, decent benefits, talented co workers,

      Cons

      Upper management unable and seemingly unwilling to develop employees or trust in the solid talent working for them. Very small chance for advancement.
