It's a job you can stay at for the rest of your life without worrying about being fired.
Cons
In a good way, you get a decent salary and the image of working for a big company, but in a bad way, it's a company where personal growth is difficult. The company constantly compares itself to overseas companies like Google, Meta, and Amazon, and it's hard to get a raise unless you're a key talent.
