Pros

I get to help small business owners excel and continue to grow. I talk to people all over the US and get to help them when they really need someone. The culture has really improved over the last year as the company is really focusing on that.

Cons

The system and all the accounts can be confusing at first. I was nervous that I wouldn't get it at the beginning. But once I got the basics down I was able to keep moving.

Pros

Nationwide Inbound has a great company culture! It feels great to be able to come into work and feel like you are helping someone day to day. There is a lot of opportunity for professional growth as the company is continually growing.

Cons

Not any cons that I can think of.

Pros

Easy to get overtime. Pay is pretty good once you start. Some friendly staff. Fun incentives.

Cons

Managers are all young and inexperienced. Policy always changes from person to person. Only will move up in rank if you dont mind kissing but .
