Pros
Really smart people who care about the work. Good office location. Great place to learn especially if you are younger in your career.
Cons
At the time, there were many issues with the highest levels of leadership, but since my time there they seem to have been resolved when the new CEO took over.

Good staff A great cause however you need to ask them what have they accomplished in the past 5 years to help the LD community?

CEO and upper management Very unprofessional Says one thing and does another As other people have posted, they underutilize people and pick favorites and promise one thing and deliver another. Very poor communication of the organization's goals and how they plan to get there.
