    Regular management training. Just because they've achieved manager position, does not mean they can sit and do nothing

    Staff meal, relaxed shifts, good balance when concentrating on uni, flexibility

    Cons

    Pay isn’t high enough, new staff that are hired bring fast food vibe to the store when it used to be more like a restaurant feel

    I worked at Nando's part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Great team environment, management were very supportive and encouraging. Promotion opportunities readily available. Head office support further development, even flew us to Sydney to hear what we had to say about the workplace.

    Cons

    Very low wage for anyone under the age of 21, even in lower level management positions. Shifts occasionally ran later than expected, however were still paid normal rate for the extra time.

    Advice to Management

    Pay adult wages to 18, 19 and 20 year olds.

    Pros

    Good salary, friendly staffs, able to learn good experience in hospitality

    Cons

    You can work as hard as you want but if you want to get a promotion unless you have the network or befriend with the store manager, lack of care from employer

    Advice to Management

    provide fair workplace, care more about employee
