I have been working at Nando's full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Work is mostly stress free. The management work is divided among staff and therefore there is less pressure for the store manager.

    Cons

The money isnt very good. But the work is fairly easy. Lunch hours may vet a bit stressful but the bonus from extra sales makes it worth the stress.
