- Ample amounts of Overtime -Steady hourly pay -Overall decent culture (but it is warehousing, so there are always going to be a few bad apples) -Multiple shifts to tailor to different lifestyles

Cons

-Unqualified narcissistic managers who believe their supervisors and employees are inferior to them -Absolutely zero structure to grow within the company -Tends to hire from outside the company and does not incentivize vertical integration
