It’s a job, that’s about it

Cons

It’s practically a call center where their only focus is sales. None of the “higher ups” on the intake team have a psychology degree. They all have degrees in business/sales that should be your first red flag. Certain sign up metrics have to be met, which is hard when in reality it’s cheaper for people to go to a private practice and therapists keep leaving because their case load is too big and they also have to meet certain metrics. If you work here, I recommend looking for a new job at the same time.
