      Mission, vision of organization overall, some great productive teams to work with. Decent work/life balance

      Cons

      Depends on department you work for and leadership, there were definite silos. But overall more dedicated hard working staff overall. And a handful of those in leadership that were more into their own agenda that made a negative impact on staff.
