Pros
Up to date salary payment, they provide everything that is written on contract. They provide transportation, housing and all allowances and give their employees freedom to do what they want during their out of office hours. Easy to obtain visa especially if you want to go to other countries because you are a ministry employee.
Cons
Very hard to be promoted. Expat workers are loaded with much responsibilities and work functions. Your privilege depends on your position, the higher the position then the better to work here. If you just have administrative or entry level position you will just envy others because of what you see as their benefits.
