The teams within the business unit of London Engineering are great, but they have their hands tied & are programmed to be “Yes people” in fear for their jobs.

Cons

The leadership for LONDON ENGINEERING is an absolute mess & has been going on for years. Managers of teams fear to say or ask or do the wrong thing as they could face complete disrespect in the office publicly. If you don’t do as your told you’ll be humiliated, if you have an opinion you will be challenged in a non professional manor & don’t be 2 minutes late getting in or want to leave 2 mins early for a common reason once in a year perhaps, forget it. Unless you have a signed permission slip or want to be shouted at infront of 100+ people or be told your useless (that’s what you’re told if you make a mistake) then I wouldn’t bother. The leader himself has 25+ history with the business & it’s clear as day he’ll be protected until the end even if he is rude and has no idea how to be an effective leader in 2021.
