Social Mobile also offers a broad portfolio of solutions, making it an exciting place to work for those who enjoy variety and innovation.

      The company is still a small team, although it is growing steadily. Because of ISO certification, processes are very structured, which is great for compliance but may feel restrictive for those who prefer flexibility.

      The company does have an impressive portfolio of business partnerships and high-profile clientele, which could provide valuable exposure for employees.

      Cons

      This was by far the most disappointing work experience of my career. Employee treatment is inconsistent, and morale is extraordinarily low due to favoritism and instability stemming from the highest level of leadership. The senior leadership team is primarily composed of family members and friends, which has created a work environment that lacks professionalism and accountability. The "Chief People Officer" does not demonstrate the experience or strategic mindset needed to strengthen the workforce. Additionally, there is a significant lack of accountability at this level, with frequent shifting of blame and responsibility onto others instead of addressing issues and employee concerns constructively, which further exacerbates workplace challenges.
