The brand is very innovative

This is an extremely childish and toxic work environment. Upper Management leads an environment of bullying and favouritism and acts out in petty tantrums. All employees are overworked, underappreciated and underpaid. HR is also completely useless because when you go to them with a concern about your poor treatment, it will be shared with management and result in such disgusting behaviour that the employee is left with no choice but to quit. The turn over rate of employees is outstanding. It so so unfortunate because it is an amazing brand but it being run into the ground by poor decision making and horrible treatment of employees.

The gratis and the summer hours.

Cons

The Management are a bunch of women who are in constant meetings talking about others. The director thinks she is the best and is demanding. Nice to your face but behind your back a bunch of backstabbing goes on. They only promote or hire if they like you or kids their behinds.
