      Best thing is that whenever I get some responsibility I took it as challenge and completed at the given time very calmly. I never get frustrated by my work.

      Competition ,Building a strong employer ,lack of qualified candidates,expanding candidate to reach,targeting passive candidates.,ensuring the right candidates.,building talent pools proactively,Inefficient talent sourcing and hiring fast.
