Team building activities Staff benefits and perks Majority of staff are friendly and welcoming

Everyone is incredibly kind and seeet within the first 3 months to ensure you do not decline ‘The Offer’ They do not “develop” you (was told there was a development pot when I interviewed for the job, but my manager said he didn’t agree a course I applied for was right for my development) Some members of the senior leadership team have favourites There’s some weird meditation that happens at some meetings
