      Pros

      Motivosity has a fantastic company mission. It's super easy to care about what we're building. The people are some of the best I've ever worked with.

      Cons

      The team is small (but talented). Just means that everyone's plates are pretty full.

      Great culture and work-life balance, but scaling challenges exist

      Pros

      Culture of Recognition: The product is literally about employee engagement, the company "practices what it preaches." Peer-to-peer recognition is frequent and genuine. Work-Life Balance: Management generally respects boundaries. Flexible hours and a "people-first" mentality make it easy to manage life outside of work.

      Cons

      Scaling Pains: As the company grows, some of the internal processes are still catching up. Feature Backlog: Because we are constantly innovating, the "to-do" list for engineering can feel never-ending, which can lead to occasional crunch periods before major updates. International Limits: Some of the reward features are still very US-centric, which can be a minor frustration when thinking about global scalability.

      Pros

      Motivosity is a mission-driven company with strong leadership and a great culture. It's been interesting to see how positive, connected, and happy employees are. Motivosity takes care of their people, has solid benefits and equity packages for full-time employees.

      Cons

      They do not currently offer a 401(k) match, but do have a good HSA match
