      Motiv is a good training ground to employees who would want to hone their skills and talents. It provides competitive salary and quality working environment to cater the needs of all employees.

      Cons

      As a start-up company, Motiv has a very competitive working environment which will also require staffs to be competitive as well. This in turn is the training that everybody needs. Apart from training, there's no other way to learn than doing it yourself.
