      flexible schedule, air conditioned, easy work, can wear headphones, phone usage allowed

      Cons

      no incentive to work harder, throws lunches monthly instead of raises, if you're good at your job good luck switching departments, no room to move up, definitely favoritism

      Ability to wear headphones Can mostly keep to yourself all day Air conditioned Some great floor operator veterans No real penalties for attendance (within reason)

      Mediocre pay Clueless management Backhanded "rewards" No real incentive to do anything but the bare minimum.
