Pros

Can't think of any besides the salary.

Cons

If you're not Chinese in their Western countries you'll be set up for failure. Everything is Chinese and run from China. Very toxic and discriminatory mixed with incompetence and politics.

Pros

Local colleagues are quite nice

Cons

Be prepared for a heavy workload. All documentation and communication are in Chinese. Office politics are noticeable and a lot backstabbing the local employees. This toxic environment creates an unhealthy atmosphere and negatively affects teamwork and morale. Not recommend to work here ! Don’t waste your time
