      Ok company, but lots of room for improvement.

      Opportunities available to earn commission.

      Cons

      Sales could be stolen by other employees and management lets it happen and encourages it. It can take weeks if not months to get all the paperwork in order to complete a sale, but if you miss a return call by a patient and someone else takes the call, they can get the sale even though you did ALL the legwork. Employees are overworked and underappreciated.

      Mom and pop atmosphere so more flexible

      Cons

      No reviews and no raises. Employees given no training or support. Offices closing and changes made internally with no communication
