I worked at Moneris full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Good benefits paid by company
    Good salary
    Location
    Cafeteria
    Relax lounge
    Nice mini lounge areas
    Open door policy
Many paid sick days and paid even when late
    Work life balance
    Work from home program

    Cons

Some toxic people who are negative and bring down morale.
Management never usually on the same page
Managers talk behind each others backs and behind their bosses backs.
Not enough training, 1 on 1 or team meetings and huddles.. they all always get cancelled due to service levels.
No huddle or training for new procedures or products. Usually just an email sent and figure it out in your own. Some help desk reps dont even know the right answers which leads us to give the wrong information.

    Advice to Management

Get on the same page and stop talking behind your coworkers backs. This is very unprofessional and looks bad on you. No one will trust you or your direction.
