      There really aren't any.

      Cons

      Very very immature. Utterly clueless CEO that is a real slime ball and very well may be a criminal. Are you young, stupid, and very desperate? Don't mind working for a joint that wants slaves not employees? Do you lack the ability to think for yourself? If you said yes to any of the above then this is the place for you! If, on the other hand, you are a professional person that works hard when in the office but has a life outside work (like 90% of those of us over the age of 30) do NOT come here.

      Pros

      Ability to work remotely from home.

      Cons

      No leadership or clear direction from Top-down. Extremely high turnover rate 60+ hour work week with no additional compensation/overtime Too many personal clique's starting at the top-down Yes man mentality and don't care who they step on. If you don't like it, they find a way to fire you. No HR dept. No room for advancement/promotion. They would rather hire outside first before promoting internally. No sound/reliable internal/external working IT infrastructure. Inconsistent company policies.

      Great Market, Lousy Execution

      Pros

      The location is in a good part of DC (Dupont Circle). Lunches on Friday were nice. Coffee and snacks were made available. The market for this service is growing yearly and the opportunities are endless. It would be a great to be involved with eDiscovery, just not at Modus.

      Cons

      Management never made it clear what was needed. Direction changes on a whim were the norm. The founder was an arrogant presence. Tried to be inspiring but just wound up being long winded. Expected to work outrageous hours and it never seems to be enough.
