A good startup to contribute your expertise and learn something new. Product is new and has great potential in the market. To be fair, THIS IS A 2 YEARS OLD STARTUP! Pace is fast and change is inevitable. Requirements change from time to time due to the market and competition. If you are looking for high pay and free lunch, this is not for you. You work hard and learn new stuffs. You adapt to every changing requirements. There are plenty of rooms for you to contribute to the company. People with different background work together to push the product out. They are profession and should be respected. I get my pay on time.
Cons
Team members are dispersed in multiple countries and would need all means of communication to settle things. You may not get response right away. Just be patient.
