      Collaborative company culture, fantastic coworkers Flexible work hours and ability to work from home Get to use the latest technologies Great learning environment and room to advance Fast growing company

      Cons

      Sometimes deadlines or big projects mean some overtime but can do from home or if in office they provide meals. Learning curve for all the technologies and their programming language but really interesting

      Pros

      Flex hours, benefits, paid sick time, company parties, lots of pizza! Free coffee and snacks. Drama free environment: no gossip, rumors or toxicity!!! Professional growth is easy as management tries to give you responsibilities that reflect your strengths. A fun team from different backgrounds, ages, and walks of life. Paid dinners if you have to work late (or on weekends).

      Cons

      Can be stressful but communication often helps. Can be super busy, especially before product release. Can be very fast paced, not for people who can't think fast and pull their own weight.

      - Interesting and challenging work across many areas such as VR, AR, mobile, web, game development, etc. - Senior developers with a lot of experience. Great opportunities to learn and advance skills

      Cons

      As a small company, everyone is expected to be self-directed. The requirements for each milestone are loose so each team member needs to take initiative to work things out or find out the necessary information from the right people. This could be a good or bad thing depending on preference but I think it largely is a good thing because it creates a culture of trust and encourages everyone to be engaged with the high level goals of the company, so that they can make the right trade offs themselves
