      - I'd describe our culture as humorous, lighthearted, and diverse - Strong leadership vision on where ModernLoop will be in the next few years - AMAZING and SMART people that I love working with - We truly have the best and nicest customers. I love being in the recruiting space! - It's fulfilling and rewarding to be able to choose projects to work on that inspire us individually and give us energy

      Cons

      Everyone will view cons in a relative manner. I don't have anything negative or bad to say about ModernLoop as it meets all of the criteria that I was looking for in my employer.

      -Humble yet visionary leadership team -Amazing and passionate coworkers -Rapidly growing customer base and team -Competitive compensation -Strong 100% remote culture -Ability to make an impact and the greenspace to do your best work is second to none

      Cons

      -Fast paced and requires a highlevel of autonomy, may not be for everybody -Benefits could be improved, but are in line with the stage we are at.
