As a digital agency that has a focus on both internal and client facing work, it is important to the team that hours are tracked in our internal time tracking system. This helps us learn and grow in our working estimates and forecasting, stay on budget for client projects, and to ensure that hourly staff are paid. That said, full time employees are not required to clock internal or overhead time in the same way. At times, there is project work that is required to be tracked but there is not an expectation to clock all the time worked in a given week. If someone can clock all their time, that’s amazing, but is not a requirement. Most team members working for Modern Tribe are full time employees with the opportunity to grow into more senior and lead level positions across the technical disciplines within the organization. At times, there is also the opportunity for advancement within the StellarWP brand ecosystem or the broader LiquidWeb organization. Glassdoor reviews are incredibly helpful to those looking to join Modern Tribe and to our employer brand. We do ask team members for feedback at various stages of the employment lifecycle, but never require that team members submit for approval or review before posting.
