      Pros

      Model No. is creating change in a very wasteful toxic furniture industry. The product is beautiful, high quality, and innovative. Leadership is wonderful and truly cares about their employees.

      Specific staff sometimes can be challenging to work with.

      Pros

      My coworkers are equally as passionate as I am about the vision of the company and there is a great sense of teamwork and camaraderie.

      Cons

      It's a startup so there is an inherent risk of failure, but that is mitigated somewhat by how much you put into the company as an employee.
