The company often delays salary payments, sometimes crediting them after the 20th. Arrears are not provided, and PF contributions are delayed for months. Additionaly, there is significant micromanagement, and salary hikes are intentionally postpone. There is no proper WFH option; only 2 WFH days are allowed with strict rules, such as not taking them on Monday's or Friday to combining them with leaves or public holidays. Should also not expect a work-life balance, as they are frequently contacted on weekends for work
