Pros
For people who can lick the shoes of the middle management, guys this place is exclusively for you.. You are hired without interview too if you are reffered by some set of people.
Cons
Glassdoor is not allowing me to give negative rating otherwise I would have given -50. All the good rated reviews here are fake and written by the HR team to attract you. -freshers will be asked to sign a service bond for 3 years and 6 months and also they will take your educational documents. - higher management looks at you as a revenue generating thing. - middle management, even though they are dumb, thinks that they are the rulers and treats you as a kooli. -please do not expect any kind of respect here. Abusing in front of the whole floor is quite common here. - Immature HR dept. They themselves have no clue on some of the rules. They are implemented just because they want to implement. - Higher management did a great mistake hiring an idiot, that idiot brought in some more idiots and at the end spoilt the company's reputation. All of these candidates are worthless and survives on others help and escapism ONLY -You will be blamed for their blunders too but you are not supposed to speak up. If you do, you will be screwed. -Apart from these, there is no pantry area, no team lunch, no coffee machine., Etc . I don't consider these as biggest cons because people can work without coffee. But not without job satisfaction and self respect which you don't get here.
