      Salary on 02 of every month

      Cons

      Nothing new to learn here HR has no role to play here No get togethers except Sports day and foundation day in the whole year Can kick out people anytime No long term approach towards any goal. Higher management here focusses only on short term resuly which leads to project getting locked down Wants quick result without giving much time and devotion to it

      Co-workers are friendly and it's fun.

      Cons

      Terrible management. Lots of politics. Unprofessional ways of conversation , sometimes even abuses. No proper work time. Have to work nearly 11-12 hours or even more. No guidance of what to do and what not to do. No mentoring. Pathetic Management Useless HR.
