Toxic environment with mediocre management and fake reviews
Pros
Scale - The scale and problems they solve here on daily basis is real. Then product is great. Benefits - Benefits are good to an extent. But they won’t bother about giving a simple internet reimbursement and make travel arrangements even if people are literally begging for them from years. Helps in realising your true potential - After working here you’ll realise how good your previous companies were. Skills - You’ll almost forget every other skill you’ve leant in your previous job. The QA role here is pure data entry operations role. Colleagues - You’ll meet such great annoying people that, you’ll realise how important week off are. Some are good Managers -Managers here are a Joke. The managers here are really talented interms of being political and playing blame games. Most of them are staying for too long that’s the only reason they’ve become managers, else they would be of no worth. Leads - The leads and seniors here criticise you to a level that you just want to put your papers and never look back at this organisation. Fun - Funny part is some leads/managers expect their team members to do automation, when they themselves haven’t built anything from scratch not even for one simple workflow. Management - Management was good when joined later a single hike cycle revealed that don’t care much. The way they answer slido questions helps you realise that you’re no better than a slave. They talk with such arrogance that they’re paying you out of charity. Growth - Overall if you want to RUIN YOUR CAREER this is the place to be. Better to join a good company with less pay with good learning curve than to join here and forget everything you know.
Cons
HR team - Helpful at times to an extent but arrogant most of the times, they glorify themselves as kind. There are reports HR team commenting on what you wear despite having a startup environment. Many people in the engineering team were silently fired, layed off over the last course of year. Most of the 5 star reviews are fake here, HR would plead new joiners and interns to rate and give 5 star, even though they haven’t experienced a day at office.
