Have no clue how to market their products. Loves to hire idiots from outside who normally doesn't know what they are doing instead of promoting the great talents that are already there. HUGE favoritism here and very incestuous. They only promote family and close friends. If you are looking pad your resume for the next gig or just looking for a pay check, that is the perfect place for you. Ambitious and driven people need not apply, that place will frustrate the hell out of you.

This is a slow sinking ship that is all self inflicted. I was told by top management that I was stupid multiple times. Upper management is very degrading and close minded. Pay is poor. I personally had my salary lowered $1,000 to “motivate me”. No real room for growth. No incentive programs. No merit increases. All departments are very short handed.
