      Great training programs 401k Health insurance.

      Cons

      For GM compensation is not competitive anymore. New Hires GM are getting paid a lot more than the current managements. it is bonus opportunity but the base paid should be much better for all the responsibility and stress in this company. other companies pay up to 10,000 more than this company on salary.
