      Pros

      Mirror Image has been a great stable job. The better I do, the better I am compensated and more responsibility I have. There is a lot of freedom in my role as long as I do a great job. They are understanding if I am overwhelmed and happy to assist.

      Cons

      It can be a stressful place to work because of the very needy clients with tight deadlines.

      Pros

      Snacks all year long; that’s about it.

      Cons

      Dead end job with no opportunity for growth, they call you family but do not treat you as such, pay you very little, management is never consistent on their rules but expect you keep track of the new rules, very little pay and no vacations paid until you’ve been there for two years. The turnover rate is high.
