      Pros

      Laid-back culture, decent salary & benefits. Generally nice people and diverse range of report topics to write about.

      Cons

      Company went woke in 2020, am over emphasis on DEI is wasting resources. The Canadian office shut down during Covid so a fully remote environment is isolating. New CEO from Sales lacks vision and AI is a severe threat to traditional market research.

      Lots of learning opportunities and communications, The senior management is trying to make sure things are transparent

      It's been tough for research firms to retain clients given the economic outlook and Mintel has been working hard to try everything they can despite a few layoffs...

      Pros

      Don't have a lot to say. Company takes good care of its employees and fosters growth. Decent benefits as well. Culture is excellent.

      Cons

      As wish most gripes, salary could always be a little better and raised don't match inflation.
