Pros

Once you are hired and past probation, it is difficult to get fired. Has hybrid scheduling, nice office and nice co-workers.

Cons

Every day is the same, a lot is expected from employer and employees who call, no bonuses or match in retirement act, no lavish parties, use a timecard-basically old school.

Pros

Easy work, good pay, good benefits.

Cons

Management is horrible. Micromanagement, no qualifications for their role. Poor communication. Very unpleasant to work for these people.

Pros

Laid back and casual environment. Easy and plenty of parking. Allowed to work independently.

Cons

During and after COVID, the few of us who were required to go into the office every day to work, were then given MANY other tasks that were on other peoples job descriptions. So even though our workload tripled, our pay stayed the same. When it was obvious that the extra workload was taking a huge toll on our productivity, mental health, and office morale, us employees and our managers went to the higher ups to try and come up with a solution, but we were basically given an answer with the purpose of putting us off as long as possible.
